Accountant (Snr Exe / AM Grade)

Background:

Our client is a C onglomerate with multiple business (across trading / investment / Infrastructure) in the region.

Key Role of the Accountant:

• Oversee maintenance and review of books of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review monthly closures and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) prepared by business units or shared service teams
• Coordinate Singapore GST filings and tax compliance with local teams and external advisors
• Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports at sub-regional level
• Support budgeting, variance analysis (Budget vs Actual), and cash flow reporting across entities
• Prepare rolling expense forecasts and provide insights to regional management
• Coordinate with Consolidation (Consol) teams to meet group reporting timelines
• Act as key point of contact for auditors, banks, vendors, and service providers
• Support audit closure and signed AFS for overseas entities
• Assist in preparation of management review decks and variance analysis for sub-regional leadership
