Accountant - Start Immediately

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be involved in
• Preparation of group consolidation for statutory and management reporting      functions 
• Review of the financial results of subsidiaries 
• Keeping full set of accounts for investment holding subsidiaries
• Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial and management reports, quarterly reports and SGX announcements of the group
• Liaison with external and internal auditors during the annual audit process
• Preparation of tax computations and liaison with tax agents
• Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Preparation of group Annual Report
• Other ad-hoc project work as required
 

Job Requirements

• Good accountancy degree, CPA qualification will be an added advantage
• Familiar with Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards, with strong accounting knowledge
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferably with experience in audit, handling consolidation and being in reviewer roles
• Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude, able to work independently and proactively within a team
• Meticulous & proficient in Microsoft applications
• Possess good understanding of work processes & internal controls
