Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of account books including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, handle rental and intercompany billings, process staff claims, submission of GST, monthly closing, perform bank reconciliation, and all other related matters.
- Effective maintenance and timely submission of annual reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement, projection, and analysis.
- Coordinate and liaise with other external parties like tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and Singapore tax and government authorities where required.
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls.
- Preparing GST returns, updating and monitoring of daily cash flow.
- Preparing and maintaining all relevant accounting schedules, reconciliations and other related matters.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions, as needed.
Requirement:
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or similar discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in industry preferred. (e.g. technology, financials related)
- Meticulous, possess an analytical, inquisitive mind and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Mandarin Chinese knowledge is required, for communicating with various stakeholders across the company.
- Able to work in a fast changing and dynamic environment.
