What will you be doing?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager Accounting and Controlling to implement a controlling and reporting system. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring a KPI system for all aspects of the business unit and oversee all accounting topics.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and monitor a balanced set of KPIs reflecting all aspects of the Business Units performance, ensuring early identification of issues as well as outcomes.
• Support in Business Line budgeting and develop forecasting processes.
• Develop report structure and processes to ensure accurate & timely reporting.
• Advise and implement process improvement measures on resource allocation expense booking and other management reporting related issues.
• Partners with Business Line Management, develop strategies and initiatives that lead to continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain costing models to ensure that cost drivers are understood and activities are priced to recover their true cost.
• Participate in analysis of new business opportunities.
• Oversee and organize all accounting and audit topics.
• Manage audit queries from External Auditors.

What we’re looking for

You are an enthusiastic, proactive, and versatile individual with experience in Accounting and Controlling. Ideally, you will fit the bill for most of the below:

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accomplished Finance Professional qualification
• 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, controlling and audit
• Candidate should have a hands-on mindset
• Expert level in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in other Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Prior experience with Business Central and Power BI would be an advantage
• Good business report writing skills and correspondence with stakeholders is required
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
