RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall overseeing intercompany customer account
- Preparing debtor reporting
- Preparing weekly IGB hold list
- Vouchering AP intercompany invoices, not outsourced
- Verifying PRC’s vouchering followed by updating accordingly
- Overseeing PRC’s monthly reconciliation of outstanding intercompany account
- Coordinating with Ops team to verify outstanding invoices
- Verifying expense claim and payment requisition
- Verifying PRC vouchering of payment voucher
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of outsourced tasks to PRC
- Above list of duties are not exhaustive and may vary from time to time as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting.
- Good book keeping experience and accounting knowledge is highly regarded.
- Auditing experience can be considered.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic and multinational environment.
- Self-starter, resourceful, a team player and able to work with people at all level.
- Proficient in MS Office (specially MS Excel).
- Immediate or short notice candidate will be prioritized.
