Responsibilities
- Provide support and record in accounts for all documentations in relation and accordance to the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors.
- Perform accounts payable transactions including booking and reconciliation of debit card purchases against bank statement.
- Handle a full set of accounts, including timely and accurate monthly financial reports.
- Provide support in handling daily financial transactions including payment master listings and ensure payments are recorded on a daily basis.
- Provide support in reconciliation of monthly bank statements and other reconciliations as required.
- Provide support in preparation of GST submission.
- Prepare audit schedules and compiling the supporting documents as requested by auditors or by the management.
- Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related projects.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or any related discipline.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in accounting.
- Experience in using Quickbooks will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Exhibit a positive personality and passion towards work.
- Able to work independently.
