Accounting & Finance Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Our Client is a Japanese company that provides a premier end-to-end IT solutions provider in Singapore and APAC regions, currently, they are seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager

【 What you will be doing 】 
- Manage full set of accounts, supervise financial reporting and perform financial analysis processes.
- Oversee financial planning, credit line management, cash flow management, and compliance.
- Review financial statements and analyse financial data.
- Oversee bookkeeping accounts by outsourced accountants and assist in annual audits.
- Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to HQ in Japan for Consolidated accounting.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
- Create additional analyses and reports as requested by the management.
- Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights for management to determine progress against budgets.

Manage/support outsourced functions:
- Corporate tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)
- Income tax confirmation support (Tax calculation by outsourced accountants)

【 What they are looking for 】
(Must) 
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent business experiences with strong accounting skills.
- At least 5 years of Accounting & Financial Management experience
- Prior experience in group consolidation and financial reporting is preferred.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) listening/speaking/writing is essential for effective communication during monthly closing procedures with Japan HQ accountants. 
- Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
