- Position :Accounting Officer (AP/Petty Cash)
- Location :Somerset Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00+6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3600 + Completion Bonus + Medical reimbursement + 14 days annual leave + Family leave
- Duration : 1 year contract - renewable or convertible
- Industry : Power Generation
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform Accounts Payable duties
- Processing of payment to suppliers, counterparties, processing/ refunds of deposits from customers
- Staff claims and petty cash claims
- Ad-hoc duties in support of the month-end closing for the group
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy with a minimum of 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP Accounting System will be an advantage
- Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
