Accounting Supervisor

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Accounting Supervisor:

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with tax audits and preparation of tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing and provide periodic financial reports.
• Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor and track financial and accounting objectives to support business operations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in alignment with corporate governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate standards in Singapore.

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Prior experience in a supervisory accounting role.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and relevant financial regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
• Possession of professional accounting certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) would be an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
