Job Description - Accounts & Admin Executive - Start Immediately

Responsibilities :

Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable
Prepare payment by Giro, cheque, TT and etc
Process expenses claims
Perform administrative functions
Any other job assigned by management
Ensure proper maintenance of filling of documents
Follow-up and resolve discrepancies in invoices promptly with internal and external parties

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant Professional Accounting Qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in this role.
Independent and able to multi-task
Good team player and positive attitude
Able to work in a fast pace company

Working Hours : Mon-Fri 9.00am - 6pm
