Job Description:
- In charge of account payable schedule.
- Communicate with CEDES AG (Head Office) and other branches for all orders and accounting matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate weekly and monthly closing financial reporting for entities to the Management.
- Assist to prepare other sales support related documents
- Prepare Petty cash and AP Payments
- Assist in the areas of statutory audits, internal audits.
- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis for PO issued and other matters.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirement:
- Diploma / LCCI in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting
- Able to work independently and good with time management.
- Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Able to communicate with personnel from all levels, including Management.
- Knowledge ERP System will be an advantage
