• Position: Accounts Assistant - AR only (Healthcare industry experience) - Up to $3200 + Bonus
• Location: Novena Square
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus (up to 3 months) + Medical/Dental Benefits $700/year

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day AR transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording AR data
• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clinic's/hospital’s billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting hospitals
• Generate statements of accounts detailing accounts receivable status
• Responsible for obtaining timely payments from clinics’/hospitals within agreed payment terms and reducing AR outstanding

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Must have minimum 1 year of related experience in the Healthcare Industry
