Job Responsibilities
- Check and verify the daily sales reports of retail outlets and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices for business-to-business customers and other third parties including online submission through customers' portals
- Verify and resolve any customers’ billing issues
- Generate and send monthly statement of accounts to customers
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and ensure that all transactions are accurately accounted for
- Monitor and bill any marketing and promotional tie-ups
- Handle factory cash collection
- In-charge of custody and issuance of company vouchers
- Assist with the month-end closing
- Assist during physical stock counts and annual external audit
- Liaise with outlet managers and other stakeholders for finance related matters
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
- At least LCCI in Accounting or equivalent
- Candidates who have experience in handling high volume of accounting transactions will have an added advantage
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge in MS Excel is essential
- Knowledge in Microsoft NAV or BC365 will be an added advantage
- Meticulous and organized
