- Position : Accounts Assistant (Billing/Debt/Loan Recovery Experience) - Sin Ming Dr
- Location : Sin Ming Drive
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Effective and timely collection and recovery of hire purchase instalments in a fast-moving environment
- Review aging listing to ensure all overdue accounts / high dollar-value accounts are worked on and delinquency is reduced
- Negotiate with delinquent hirers on repayment arrangements
- Monitor outgoing vehicle ownership transfers via LTA’s alerts and ensure timely receipt of full settlement from hirers before LTA’s final deadline
- Handle customers’ enquiries on repossessed vehicles and loan redemptions
- Handle disposal of repossessed vehicles
- Handle the recovery of shortfall after the disposal of vehicles from tender sales
- Follow up with the company’s solicitors in enforcing legal action against debtors.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Collections department
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
