Job Description - Accounts Assistant (Billings) - Generous Compensation

We are looking for a strategic Accounts Assistant (Billings) to join our cohesive team at Drew & Napier LLC in Raffles Place, Central Region.

Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Cross referencing issued invoices with prepayments received for offsetting.
Compiling invoices and credit notes for customer distribution.
Aiding in daily bank reconciliation and addressing outstanding items.

Requirements:

Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
A team player who is analytical, independent, meticulous and resourceful.
