Summary:

• Basic up to $3000 + AWS + Bonus
• Location : East / West
• 5 days, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Handling AP & AR duties
• Verify and record all vendor invoices into the accounting system
• Process Sales order and generate sales invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Experienced in handling AR & AP/ Full set duties are welcome to apply
• Entry level is also welcome to apply. Training will be provided
