Responsibilities:
- AR Invoices e-Submission and Credit Notes processing.
- Input incoming receipts and payments information into SAP.
- Follow-up with AR customers to resolve issues, dispute timely; alerting internal parties on AR accounts that are turning delinquent.
- Investigate unidentified credits, disputes, unclosed documents, and perform reconciliation with internal parties &/or customers.
- Generate Statement of Accounts for auto-emailing to customers monthly or upon request.
- Assist in running AR / AP Aging Reports and other activities for month-end closing.
- Credit control administration - Creation of new customer accounts in SAP system, updating of approved credit terms / limits.
- Daily POS reconciliation (cash & contactless collections).
- Review & action for Sample Returns cases with Sales team.
- Other administrative assistance – e.g. filing, scanning, and housekeeping of documents.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec in Accounting, LCCI, CAT or other relevant accounting qualifications.
- Preferably candidates with 2 years of relevant work experience and in Credit Control
- Entry-level are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Effective command of English and Chinese as require communicating with Mandarin speaking customers and colleagues.
- Some experience of using SAP and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel preferred.
- Possess a responsible, initiative, and positive working attitude.
- High level of Accuracy and Analytical skills – able to spot mistakes.
- Able to multi-task, work with minimum supervision in a small and fast-paced environment.
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday : 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday : 8:30am – 3:00pm (Once a month duty)
