Job Description - Accounts Assistant - Room for Advancement

We are on the lookout for a proactive Accounts Assistant to join our growing team at Fresh n Natural Foods Private Limited in Boon Lay, West Region.

Roles & responsibilities:

Daily checking, recording and filing of customers’ invoices
Keying of sales orders and generating of invoices
Invoice submission & payment application via customers’ E-Portal
Assist with monitoring outstanding AR aging
Assist in month end stock take & AR closing
Assist in financial year end closing
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

LCCI or equivalent
A minimum of one year experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts receivable function
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
Proficiency in MS Office
Responsible, meticulous, independent team player
5.5 days week (Alternate Saturday applicable after 3 mths service)
