Duties/Responsibilities:
- Arrange daily issuance of receipts
- Issuance of debit/credit notes
- Issuance of payment
- Email SOA
- Prepare IR8A letters on yearly basis
- Stationery arrangement
- Prepare monthly closing and reconciliation
- Download and upload files
- Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:-
- Minimum “O” level/ITE Certificate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good with numbers
- Pro-active and meticulous
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Training will be provided
