Accounts Assistant (Town/ $4k Bonus!) - with Great Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Monthly book-keeping
• Prepare statutory accounts, working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Perform Data Entry
• Daily update & reconcile finance accounts, trading books and cash book.
• Calculate and check to make sure payments, receipts, amounts and records are correct.
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing funds and answering any queries.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt
• Support superior and colleague to achieve efficient team work

Requirements :

• Min 3 years of hands-on book-keeping experience
• Proficiency in Chinese language to liaise with external vendors 
• Strong accounting knowledge & MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
