Accounts & Commercial Executive - Exciting Challenge

Roles and Responsibilities:

Accounts role:

Assist and communicate with Head of Finance on accounting matters.

Support day-to-day functions of accounts activities and financial transactions.

Prepare a record of investment portfolio in accordance with the bank statement.

Update accurate financial data in company’s accounting system.

Maintain accurate and retrievable data entry and filing.

Generate and update reports as per Company’s requirements. 

Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Commercial role:

Assist and communicate with Head of Commercial on commercial matters. 

Management and processing of Letter of Credits for import and export transactions.

Liaise with banks, suppliers and customers related to LC documentation. 

Experience in preparing shipping documents.

Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,

Previous relevant work experience

Meticulous and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and have excellent organizational skills.
