Accounts cum HR Assistant

Our Client:

• Logistics Provider
• 5 Days, Office hours
• Clementi (Company transport provided)
• Up to $3000 Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day functioning of the Finance, HR, and Administrative Departments.
• Manage documentation of supplier’s invoices and staff claims
• Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA
• Keep track of Fixed Assets records.
• Prepare month end financial closing and monthly report
• File GST returns.

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administration
• Min 1 Year of experience in Accounting
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous
