Job Description - Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs month end closing activities including journals posting and review of account.
  • Ensure timelines and accuracy of reports.
  • Processing and Control of AR and AP
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors.
  • GST return submission
  • Handle general administrative
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 days work week
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in full set accounts and MCST accounting is preferred.
  • Possess good work attitude, reliable and team player
  • Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification
