Accounts Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible of full set of accounts, including GL posting, month-end closing and year-end closing for related companies in the group
• To ensure smooth accounts daily operation
• Handle credit limit, banking function and cash flow projection
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly schedules and reports
• Assist in preparation of GST report, year-end audit, tax computation and submission of all other statutory compliances matters
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant accounting experience (audit experience will be added advantageous)
• Computer proficient in Microsoft applications
• Meticulous, good attitude and able to work under minimum supervision.
• ERP knowledge will be advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Able to perform work overtime when required
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred.

Remarks

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9.00am – 6.00pm
