Position: Accounts Executive (6 months contract) (Job ID: 19029)

Working hour: Mon - Fri, 09:00～17:45

Our Client is looking for a Temporary Account Executive who can work from mid May to Mid November 2024 (Maternity Leave cover)

Job Description: 

- Daily accounts receivable matter 

- Monthly routine data entries for internal management such as expenses 

- Monthly AR/AP closing before deadline - Prepare monthly cash receipt forecast 

- Maintain fixed assets schedule - Compile report for monthly management (based on system sales report) - Assist in audit documents request 

- Quarterly HQ AR/AP confirmation 

- Other Ad-hoc duties when required by management

Job Requirements:

- Full set of Accounting work experience is great advantage 

- Basic PC skill is required(Microsoft Office) 

- Person who is quick to respond to any inquiries and requirements 

- Team player and can consult with other employees - Contract period: May 2024 - Nov 2024
