Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain the Accounts Payable functions of the company and its related subsidiaries including issuing of payment by internet banking or otherwise.
- Preparation of management reports and aging reports from the accounting system for management.
- Maintain Fixed Assets register and depreciation / FRS 116 schedules.
- Prepare GST reports for submission quarterly.
- Update daily bank balance and perform bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Perform banking tasks as and when it is required.
- Maintain Petty Cash.
- Liaise with suppliers, centre administrators and auditors on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with dispatch rider on a regular basis.
Job Requirements:
- A diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint) and have experience using Accounting software.
- Organised, flexible, adaptable and willing to learn.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
