Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing / F&B
• Position Title: Accounts Executive (AR) / Finance Executive (AR)
• Working Location: Senoko South
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6:10 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Up To $3,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus 
• Duration: Permanent 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all financial transactions.
  Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, including monthly cash flow forecast.
• Accurately and promptly process Goods Return Notes.
• Coordinate the local cheque bank-in process and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system.
• Timely update of customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow up with customers on overdue accounts and arrange for debts collection.
• Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Monitor and report on monthly/weekly Debtors aging.
• Prepare Journal entries for accruals and other adjustments.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for strengthening current processes and suggest improvements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently with excellent time management, planning, organization, and decision-making skills.
• High degree of accuracy and efficiency in work.
