Accounts Executive (AR/AP/SAP/Sysfreight/5 days)

Responsibilities: 
1. Inter-Co Group AR & AP oversea Global Netting 
- Include reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement & clearance
- Create AR Statement of Account
- Reconcile of AR & AP Aging & follow up
- Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country 
- MUFG Netting declaration 
- SAP clearance & off-set 
- Audit Report Working & Analysis

2. TT remittance Group Netting/Oversea Agents, etc

3. All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP

4. Follow-up inquiry & disputes

5. Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing

6. Distribution of output to respective division

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years hands-on experiences in accounting on Inter-Co global netting (preferred) & keeping full set of accounts
2. Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred
3. IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Independent, meticulous and good team player
6. Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
