Responsibilities:
· 5 days work week
· Handle full sets of accounts, GST and assist during audits
· Processing and control of AR & AP
· Ensure accurate and timely month end closing of accounts
· Ensure good filing practice of accounts documents and others to be orderly maintained and kept up to date
· Handle telephone enquiries and correspondences relating to accounts and admin matters
· Any adhoc duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements;
· Completed certified courses in bookkeeping or accountancy
· Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
· Able to handle full sets of accounts
· Team player, responsible, meticulous and independent
· Able to multi-task and assist in other duties as and when required
