Job Description - ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (Contract for 6 months) - Innovative Company

As an account executive, you will be responsible in supporting the Finance team. Duties includes and not limited to the following:

Assist Finance Manager to prepare monthly management report and year-end closing.
Inventory Aging, Fixed Assets/Leases and Sales Reports
Prepare GST report for submission
Monthly GL entry and Balance Sheet schedule preparation
Petty Cash, Bank Accounts & Reconciliation, Cash Flow Projection
Responsible for multi-currency Accounts Payable and Receivable
Any ad-hoc duties to be assigned

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or Finance related disciplines
3 years of experience in the role of Accounting executive.
Candidates with ACCA qualifications will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
Possess strong analytical and problem solving and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
