Job Description - Accounts Executive - (Full Set Up to $4000) - Fast Hire

We are desiring to recruit a dedicated Accounts Executive - (Full Set Up to $4000) to join our all-star team at Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Toa Payoh, Central Region.

* Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30pm - 6pm
* Location: East
* Experience in full sets of accounts is an added advantage
* Permanent

Our client is a well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

Responsibilities:

Maintained full sets of accounts in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e., GL reconciliation.)
Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
Coordinate and liaise with external and internal parties like auditors, tax agents, legal, local tax, and government authorities where required.
Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (such as CIT/WHT/Tax queries), audits, procedures.
Prepared GST returns quarterly.
Handled ad-hoc tasks
