This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation and your experience in accounting, tax, HR and financial management. You will form part of a team providing accounting and financial advisory support to a variety of international businesses and wide range of industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performing day to day accounting data entries, including AR and AP.
· Process staff reimbursement/claim.
· Prepare monthly management accounts.
· Prepare monthly meal, entertainment, transportation, and travel report to Management.
· Handle payroll related matters, CPF submission, AIS filling.
· Prepare unaudited financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
· Prepare corporate income tax return.
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent, or above.
· Minimum three (3) years of related experience.
· Strong bookkeeping skills.
· Excellent understanding of Finance processes and practices.
· Tech Savy; you will be required to use Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems.
· Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills.
· Driven and proactive individuals.
· Able to work independently.
· Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
· Candidate with experience working in a firm providing outsourced accounting services will be an added advantage.
