Accounts Executive - Immediate Start

• Basic $3,000 - $3,700🔥 
• 5 days work: 8.30 am – 6 pm
• AWS, Bonus & WFH Flexi Arrangement after confirmation!
• Location: Jurong West

Responsibilities (AR/AP/partial set of Accounts):

• Prepare partial/ full set monthly accounts and related schedules
• Bank reconciliation, stock reconciliation and intercompany transactions
• Credit review of new customers, generating and sending of statements of accounts, follow up to ensure collectables are received on time
• Timely update incoming receipts in ERP system
• Issue Credit Note for cash discounts, goods returned, and promotions
• Ensure invoice processing and payment are accurate and within the timeline
• AP monthly/ad-hoc payment
• Provide monthly report analysis to Finance Manager and sales team
• To perform ad-hoc duties being assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA partial or equivalent
• Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in Distribution/Retail Industry and Ecommerce accounting is preferred
• Auditing background preferred
• Possess good working knowledge MS Office applications in particular Excel skills and preferably Microsoft Dynamic.
• Work independently, a team-oriented player with good interpersonal and communication skills
