Accounts Executive – JR (Company Transport Provided)

☑ Well Established Hydrocarbons Supplier 

☑ Salary: $3000 - $4000 (Depends on experience) + VB 

☑ Working location: Gul Drive (Company Transport Provided at Boon Lay , Jurong East , Chua Chu Kang , Bukit Batok & Woodlands) 

☑ 5 days (8.00am – 5.30pm)

☑ Prefer experience working in construction/marine/O&G sectors

Job Scope:

• In charge in maintaining full sets of account of subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly financial analysis for PL and BS (actual vs budget; actual vs prior period)
• Prepare GST submission
• Assist in monthly POC computation for revenue and cost recognition (including monthly allocation, cost accruals, project progress, etc.)
• Assist in year-end audit and tax

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Language proficiency will be an advantage
• Team player who is disciplined, motivated, independent, organized and able to multi-task within tight deadlines
