Accounts Executive (more to GL) - Hiring Immediately

Position Responsibilities:

•             GRN, Matching & Coding for Indirect Material (AP Module)

•             Input all Indirect Material invoices into ERP System

•             Process payment for all Indirect Material suppliers

•             Prepare & input journal for Stock Consumable Items

•             Input General Journal for Provisional expenses, etc.

•             Prepare & submit Raw Material Purchase & stock report

•             Assist in Monthly Expense & EDB Reporting

•             Maintain & upkeep record for Fixed Asset Register

•             Maintain & upkeep record for Die Sets, consumable stock

•             Prepare & submit royalty computation for IRAS submission

•             Assist in Ad Hoc Projects (Stock-take, Audit, Tax, etc.)

•             Assist in back up duty & other assignments, etc.

Position Qualifications and Experience:

•             Possess at least a GCE “A” Level / LCCI / Diploma or equivalent in accounting

•             Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.  Training will be provided for those without relevant experience

•             Some experience in stock and costing knowledge

•             Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications

•             Attentive to details and accuracy

•             Stock and costing knowledge is a plus
