Accounts Executive (North) *Immediate* - Professional Development Opportunities

Salary: Up to $3k + VB
Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Location: Yishun

The client is a premier supplier in the field of semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or cleanroom environments in Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Accounts Receivables

• Managing sales orders, invoices, and shipments

• Preparing shipping documents for export and import

• Following up on payments

• Assisting with accounting tasks (AP, GL, month-end & year-end closing etc)

• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent (Pre-U /A level/ College / LCCI)

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Familiarity with accounting software (Microsoft Business Central preferred)

• Organized and self-disciplined

• Independent, with minimal supervision, and meticulous

• Immediate starter is preferred
