As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Input and post accounting transactions daily with precision.
• Create account schedules and workings tailored for client usage and audit needs.
• Prepare management accounts and financial statements promptly for senior associates' review.
• Timely completion of quarterly GST reports.
• Review payment vouchers managed by Admin Assistants for payment administration.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks like filling survey forms or retrieving historical data as needed by clients.
• Assist senior associates in addressing auditor requests and preparing relevant documents.

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Degree in accountancy 
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
