- Handles full aspect of accounts receivable using SAP system
- Ensure sales invoices are processed on a timely manner in accordance with the credit terms
- Monitor promptly on the collections from customers
- Able to handle full set of accounts and petty cash
- Prepares various weekly/monthly management and statistic report
- Coordinates the logistic aspects of outgoing sales shipments
- Liaises with external auditors and prepares audit schedules
- Closes month-end accounts within the stipulated deadline
- Performs any duties as and when assigned
Requirement:
- Min Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience knowledge of SAP B1 will be an added advantage
