Accounts Executive / Senior Consultant - Full set

• Salary will commensurate accordingly to experience
• those with team lead or reviewer experience can be considered for the senior position

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial records and ensure transactions are accurately processed for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Advise clients on best practices in financial management, including tax regulations, GST submissions, and payroll administration.
• Support cash flow monitoring and process improvements, identifying areas for efficiency and cost-saving.
• Review financial reports and provide insights, working collaboratively with junior teammates to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct training sessions to improve client knowledge of accounting processes and software.
• Manage statutory filing deadlines and maintain proactive communication with clients regarding financial obligations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for financial accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
