Job responsibilities:
- Preparation of full set of accounts including tax provisions
- Responsible for daily accounts related matter (include cheque/cash payment, bank receipt, AR/AP transactions)
- Manage cash flows
- Preparation and submission of GST/income tax returns
- Preparation of staff claims/reimbursements
- Preparation of financial budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of statutory financial statements
- Liaise with bankers, auditors and government authorities as required to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Preparation and administration of government grants
- Maintain good filing system
- Any other ad-hoc related duties and assignments assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Min Degree/Diploma or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Computer literate (ERP, MS Office, MS Outlook)
