The Opportunity

• Monday - Friday 9am, 6pm (Flexible working arrangements! WFH)
• Salary: Up to $3.2K (based on Experience)

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in accounting is preferred
• Singaporean only
• Relevant knowledge and experience in SAP and IFRS knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to be a team player working in a fast pace environment

Job Description

• Perform accounts receivable or accounts payable (Ad-hoc) tasks, as assigned in the Singapore Finance and Accounting regional hub, and ensure they are performed in accordance to company SOP
• Maintain and prepare General Ledger (GL), including performing bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, month end closing and financial year end closing
• Assist with the preparation of reconciliation reports and financial disclosure documents.
• Perform fixed asset accounting and ensure accurate postings
• Review fund requisitions (FRs) and final statement of accounts (FSOA) in accordance to the grant guidelines;
• Assist with Taxation or other statutory related role, Assist in internal and external audits, and AGO audits
