Accounts Executive - with Great Benefits

Key Responsibilities include:

Responsible for all sales in stores and non-stores:

• Conduct daily sales reconciliations to guarantee accurate recording of all store transactions. 
• Execute daily cash reconciliations and prepare the necessary entries to confirm that clearing accounts are properly cleared. 
• Provide weekly sales reports to the Group.

Trade receivables: 

• Issue and process trade invoices and credit notes for B2B sales.
• Manage customer reconciliations for B2B sales.
• Oversee the cash collection process for B2B sales.

Promotions:

• In charge of uploading promotions and discounts to POS system, timely and accurately. 

Tender types:

• Responsible for all tenders relating to sales (including credit card, cash, vouchers, QR code-based payments), as well as related hardware (payment terminals, etc);
• Maintenance of relationship with tender providers and related hardware providers.

Bank Statements:

• Daily download of bank statements and allocation of bank transactions to other finance staff based on category.
• Recording of banking entries in Navision.

New store opening:

• Responsible for issuance, monthly monitoring, and return of shop float. 
• Issuance of store chop, bank chop and manual invoice receipt
• Application of payment terminals and other payment methods

Others: 

• Preparing audit schedules for the aforementioned line items
• Responsible for conducting sales audits and submitting them to Landlords.
• Submitting sales reports to both Headquarters and Landlords
• Submitting visa reports
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
