Responsibilities :
- To prepare month end/ year end financial and management reports within given timeline
- Maintain company cash flow and bank reconciliation
- To review shipping contracts and take note of the terms and conditions on receivable and payables.
- Ensure intercompany balances are up to date
- To prepare staff payroll and all related works including CPF submission.
- Preparation of GST reporting & submission.
- Familiar with work pass application and tax submission.
- To prepare Invoices and keep track of accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare audit schedules and assist auditor on year end audit.
- To assist corporate secretary on annual returns
- To communicate and liaise with bank, customer and attend to any statutory surveys.
- Ad hoc hotel reservations for guest
- Any other duties as assign by management.
Requirement:
- Diploma / degree in accounting
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Must be able to keep full set of accounts and have knowledge of MYOB
- Able to work independently, possess initiative and able to organise and prioritize work.
- Only Singaporean are welcome to apply

Salary offered : SGD3,500 to SGD4,000 ( Negotiable)
