Accounts Officer (Accounts Receivable) - Immediate Start

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in the following capacity: -

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer account management and reporting 
• Processing of customers’ or suppliers’ invoices, credit or debit notes that includes verification with supporting documents
• Liaising with customers, Business Units and auditors
• Generating reminder letters and Statement of Accounts to customers
• M&R contracts / Project documents management & admin support 
• Other adhoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels
• Relevant working experience preferred
• Enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated, meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast pace environment
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
