The Company

A well-established organization in the e-commerce sector is currently seeking a Accounts Payable Accountant to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and refining processes and controls to support evolving business needs, with a strong focus on managing high-volume supplier transactions. The role involves coordinating payment schedules, resolving supplier queries, and ensuring accurate and timely payments, as well as performing detailed expense and account reconciliations. It also requires driving process optimisation and automation to improve efficiency, utilising NetSuite ERP for accounts payable processing, reporting, and tracking, and preparing accurate financial reports while maintaining proper documentation in compliance with company policies.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in accounts payable within a high-volume, cross-border operational environment, with strong proficiency in NetSuite (or other ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
