Accounts Payable Executive

Your new role

The Accounts Payable Executive will assist on all accounts payable matters relating to Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, India, and newly incorporated entities as assigned. Essential requirements are 5+ years of experience and good tenure in previous positions (no jumping between roles too often). Experience in hedge fund / investment management is a big advantage.

• Handle vendors' invoices, including checking, verifying, compiling and performing callbacks
• Prepare a payment voucher summary and arrange for approval
• Payment processing via telegraphic and interbank transfer
• Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5+ years Accounts Payable experience
• MS Office skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, with strong time management skills
• Keen eye for detail, highly meticulous
