Accounts Payable Executive (Shipping/ $3.8k + Bonus!)

Responsibilities :
 

• Assist in checking and preparing vessel payments on excel file.
• Assist to check and prepare payments from payment list to payment instructions on banking platform
• Prepare payment instructions on banking platform
• Prepare cash out for vessel payments in TRANS
• Work closely and liaise with vessel finance on payment matters.
• Check vessel SOA and prepare journal entries
• Assist in procuring pantry items, office paper and other miscellaneous items.
• Assist in raising purchase order
• Main liaison for copier machine, phone system, hotel booking, carpet cleaning and any other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements :
 

• Able to work under fast paced environment
• Committed and meticulous individual with great team bonding skills
• Proactive communicator
• Willing to commit long hours during transition period.
