Job Description - Accounts Receivable Executive (2 years contract – Telco Industry) - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Billing team during the implementation of a new solution.
Perform system testing, data verification, assessing billing solution logic, and parallel system runs.
Create and prepare the user manual for the new solution.
Participate in the end-to-end billing process within the new billing solution framework.
Contribute to the month-end billing closure procedure such as invoice generation, adjustments, payment, or receipt processing, and posting journal entries to the accounting system.
Engage and coordinate with stakeholders from various departments regarding billing inquiries and issues.
Provide problem resolution support when issues arise.
Assist with any additional tasks assigned.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Accountancy or related qualification.
With 2 years of relevant working experience.
Competent skills with MS Office Applications (Excel) and experience in system implementation.
Previous experience and knowledge with SAP B1 is a plus.
