Accounts Senior Officer (4 Months) - with Growth Opportunities

A leading provider of freight forwarding and logistic services is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Contract Accounts Senior Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable duties
• Double entries of freight transaction 
• Handle monthly account settlement 
• Monitor and follow up with account outstanding items
• Handle monthly reconciliation of Statement of Accounts (SOA)
• Check and review procurement system invoice submission 
• Prepare necessary document for expense recovery and reimbursement 
• Other duties as assigned by the manager 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy 
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience 
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP accounting system
• Positive working attitude and a team player
