ACMV Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project

• Develop project schedules and
  ensure drawings meet design and classification standards.
  
• Review and analyze technical
  drawings, authority regulations, and tender specifications.
  
• Monitor site work quality and
  compliance with project requirements.
  
• Plan and execute projects,
  including resource allocation and coordination with stakeholders.
  
• Prepare project checklists,
  procedures, and close-out documentation.
  
• Handle progress claims and
  monitor post-project activities.

• Enforce safety protocols and
  proper work procedures on-site.
  
• Attend technical and progress
  meetings with clients/owners.
  
• Conduct site visits to resolve
  issues and update As-Built drawings.
  
• Oversee testing and commissioning
  of systems on-site.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical &
  Electrical Engineering or Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW).
  
•  5 years’ experience in the construction
  industry..
  
• Proficient in ACMV (Air
  Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) system design and implementation.
